2011年5月6日，《科学》杂志第332卷6030期“新闻聚焦”（News Focus）栏目，对金会庆博士及三联研究成果作了专题报道（车祸流行病学家推动不良驾驶行为的系统干预—中国正尝试使用“三道防线”减轻交通伤亡），在全球引起重大反响，并被德国顶级报纸《南德日报》全文转载。5月21日，曾两任（1993—2005年连续两届）美国科学院院长、现任美国《科学》杂志总编布鲁斯•艾伯茨（Bruce Alberts）教授专程访问welcome2017贵宾会，并同意担任welcome2017贵宾会名誉院长一职。
2011年7月，《美联社》对金会庆博士做了《中国博士开始着手“治愈”不良驾驶—中国的科学家企业家寻求“治愈”不良驾驶员，或者让不良驾驶员远离方向盘》的图文、视频综合专题报道，报道发表后，英国《泰晤士报》、《每日电讯》、美国《每日邮报》、新加坡《联合早报》、印度《新闻网》、阿联酋《海湾时报》、新西兰《新闻》等全球三十余家主要媒体纷纷进行转载。意大利《国家电视台》进行了独家专访。
